 Everyone who applies to the Health Institution to receive health services;

 

  • Generally benefiting from the service: Taking advantage of activities and preventive health services to promote healthy living within the framework of the principles of justice and equity,

  • Access to service in equality: Race, language, religion and sect, gender, political thought, philosophical belief, to receive service regardless of their economic and social status,

  • Disclosure: To learn what all kinds of services and opportunities are,

  • Choosing and changing the organization: Choosing and changing the health institution, benefiting from the health services provided in the health institution chosen,

  • Recognizing, selecting and changing personnel: Learning, choosing and changing the identities, duties and titles of physicians and other personnel who will provide and provide health services.

  • Requesting information: Requesting all kinds of information related to health status orally and in writing,

  • Privacy: To receive all kinds of health services in an environment that is confidential,

  • Consent and permission: To obtain consent in medical interventions and to benefit from the service within the framework of consent.

  • Reject and Stop: Refusing treatment and asking to be stopped,

  • Security: Getting healthcare in a safe environment

  • Fulfilling religious duties: to fulfill religious duties within the framework of the institution's means and within the framework of measures taken by the administration.

  • Respect: With respect, care and attention, to receive friendly, gentle, compassionate health care

  • Comfort: All kinds of hygienic conditions are provided, noise and all the disturbing factors are removed and health care is provided in an environment.

  • Visit: To accept visitors in accordance with the procedures and principles determined by the institutions and organizations.

  • Accompanying the Companion: In line with the possibilities of the legislation, health institutions and organizations and if the physician deems it appropriate, to request a companion.

  • Right of application and complaint: In case of violation of their rights, to use all kinds of application and complaint rights within the framework of legislation,

  • Continuous Service: It has the right to benefit from health services as long as necessary.
